For Student: Attend school full time in the morning, return, start a full time evening job. Some work visa work did two full time jobs back to back in one day , earning sizable savings.
Housemates are Japanese female students or work visas .

For worker: convenient location and time saver, near community community center and amenities.

Monthly. Quiet , Safe, Green space residential. Share bathroom , kitchen and amenities with other female students. Private furnished room , perfect for a young female student or international Work Visa, or international student , quick and convenient access to downtown Vancouver , for the school year 2024, about 5 min walk to skytrain, about 10 min by skytrain to downtown Vancouver, clean, functional, quiet.

Room with door, lock, bed, chairs, lamps, sheets, pillows, mirror... Hard Wood floor, WI-FI INTERNET, in a pleasant quiet house with garden and green space, separate entrance.

Amenities:

1. Female only suite. Shared with other international female working visas / students.
2. Utilities Included: High speed WI-FI internet, Heating, Reasonable use of electricity, water 3. Room with hard wood floor is furnished with queen sized bed and accessories, chair, lamp, and/or closet.

• Nice and clean apartment located in downtown.

• The place on rent is the living room space, which has 2 room dividers.
This turns into a semi-private area.

• There is a table to study, chair, shelves, linens, lamp, closet, and bed in the living room. The living room opens to a balcony.

This is not a shared living room. The living room is intended for 1 person only

• The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, rice maker, pots, etc

Utilities are included: Hydro and WIFI internet

• The bedroom is used by a couple. We both work.

• This is a great opportunity to practice your English.

• The apartment is located in a great place in downtown. It is close to Denman and Robson Street. It is near Safeway, Shoppers, No frills, restaurants, bus stop, Stanley Park, English Bay, and Joe Fortes Library.

• We are looking for a nice, clean, and tidy female roommate who will stay at the apartment for at least 4 months. Longer staying is also possible.
The place on rent is suitable for somebody who studies/works and parties outside.

We are looking for a roommate who is :
• clean and tidy (makes her own bed nicely, keeps the house clean and tidy, doesn't make a mess, etc)
• a full time student or a full time worker or a student that also works
• likes to keep the house clean and tidy
• doesn't have too much luggage (1 or 2 luggage is ok)
• easy going and responsible
• Doesn't fry her food or uses oil (we like to keep the house smelling nice and clean)

The apartment is in a small quiet building in False Creek area (Kitsilano neighborhood), with beautiful landscape around it and one step from the ocean. A bus stop is outside the door to downtown and UBC, (20 minutes on the bus to UBC) close to sky-train. Short walk to Granville Island and Olympic Village. A 10-minute walk from all shopping and services.
