The residents living there are a Canadian white man,a Japapanese woman with their son.
His real name is Jonathan allan Duck who arrested in 2012.He uses false name is William John Pierce.

He goes to high-end Japanese and Korean restaurants be friends with the staff and targets girls around 20years old,especially those who cannnot speak English or are new to Canada.Also he is posting ads for his house on Craigslist.

He and his wife are workig togethe as scammer and targeting most Japanese girls who doesnt know anything about Canadian law.

They refuse to return the deposit money for unjust reasons and so many girls who used to live there cant do anything.

I am local and i cant believe that someone from my own community would do something like this. I have two daughters and if my daughters were to fall victim to the same scam,i would go to that house and physically confront the man and woman.

To prevent future victims,please cooperate and help spread the word.

Come on Ladies stand up and you can do it!
