フレーザーと55th E アベニュー付近の女性専用ルーム（イーストバンクーバー）月々780ドルです。

- 1階の個室で、共用スペースは他の2人の女性入居者とシェアします。
- ランガラカレッジやレストランに近く、交通の便が良い場所です（ランガラカレッジまでは自転車で5分、最寄りのバス停までは徒歩1分）。
- キッチンとダイニングエリアは1階にあり、バスルームも共有です。
- 高速Wifi、ハイドロ（水道）、電気、ガス、ランドリーの光熱費は家賃に含まれています。
- 部屋にはベッド、机、クローゼットが備え付けられています。

カップルは不可、女性1名限定で部屋をお貸しします。最低6ヶ月の契約で、その後は月々更新となります。

禁煙、ペット不可、薬物使用不可、宿泊ゲストは禁止です。清潔で、整理整頓ができ、静かな働く女性や学生に適しています。リサイクルやコンポストに協力できる方を優先します。

デポジット（敷金）は家賃の半月分（$400）です。
