There is a bus stop out front of the house and it take 25mins to get downtown. The room is available to a single person for $1150/mnth or to a couple or two friends for $1650/mnth including all utilities and internet. You will love all of the nature and trails that surround the neighbourhood and be in the best part of Vancouver! If you like to ski or snowboard Grouse Mountain is just a few minutes away.
