閑静な住宅街の一軒家です。徒歩1分以内にBus 22番(Downtown 行き),25番(UBC 行き)と19番(Metrotown／Downtown 行き)のバス停があり、家から19番のバスでMetrotown まで約20分とバスを利用する方には便利な立地です。
家の近くにはスーパーマーケット、銀行、レストランなどいろいろなお店があります。
