Room is private. Bathroom and Kitchen are shared with one other female that live in same apartment.

15-20 minutes on R5 rapid bus to DOWNTOWN or SFU

One block to transit connecting to Gilmore Skytrain
Four blocks to more transit and shopping; grocery stores, coffee shops, banks and everything you need
Quiet and safe area

One full bathroom with shower and tub
One half bathroom with toilet and sink only

One Queen size bedroom with a large walk thru closet
(We are in process of getting a new frame to raise the bed)

Downtown "Master Room" We're looking for someone to move in on September 1st.

It's a place where you can definitely feel the downtown advantages.

You can use the gym, sauna, and hot tub.

It is conveniently used because it is in the washing machine and dryer unit.

Monthly laundry detergent, tissues provided.

Hydro, Internet included

Rent (including Internet + Hydro)

I have a key depot.

The unit is neat. (I'm taking turns cleaning the bathroom every week.)

No smoking/cannabis/partying/pets/drinking in the building.

I prefer those who have lived with room mates in Canada, and those who know the basic share rules well.
