Hi, my name is Amy. I am renting the 2nd room in my large apartment located in Dundarave, West Vancouver. It is in a nice, quiet and safe location right beside English Bay. Very close to the Downtown Vancouver bus stop, the bus ride usually takes 20-30 minutes to downtown. I stay here sometimes in the other room, but I mostly live in another place. This means most of the time you have the apartment to yourself alone.
I am looking for someone respectful, clean, quiet lifestyle, no parties, no extra guests staying here (like a friend staying here for several days). This rental is only for one person. Extra visitor can be arranged for short term stay but this would be extra charge on top of rent that we can discuss before.
Damage deposit will be $850 to be paid before moving in and is fully returned when you move out minus any repairs/costs for damage or clean up required from your time renting here.
No smoking. Internet service included. Laundry in the building is free. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, drug stores, etc..(in Ambleside and Vancouver). Short bus trip to Park Royal shopping Mall.
