Best location. Library 1 minute. lilac and other language schools within 5 minutes
Skytrain: Granville, Vancouver City Centre, China Town, a 5-minute walk away.
Bus stop: Number 5 and 17 are within a minute's walk.
It is very close to the mart (h mart, iga mart, Costco) and other convenience facilities.
It's a place where you can definitely feel the downtown advantages.
The unit is neat. (I'm taking turns cleaning the bathroom every week.)

No smoking/cannabis/partying/pets/drinking in the building.
