Very cozy private room in a very convenient location at East 29th Ave in Vancouver near Joyce Station, perfect for students.

- One private room is available on / after July 29, 2024.
- Total 4 private bedrooms in the ground level of the house. Currently 3 rooms are occupied by respective Japanese and Korea girls. The upfloor of the house is occupied by a nice owner couple
- Tenant suite entrance is separate with owner's suite
- 2 bathrooms (showers), 2 girls share one bathroom
- Simple furniture: bed, table, chair, closet or cabinet for each bedroom
- Simple kitchen: Cooktop, refrigerator, microwave (shared)
- Washer and dryer (shared)
- Gas, electricity, wifi included
- No living room as the common area
- No pets, no smoking, no drugs, no party
- At least one year lease.
