We are a women-only room, one Japanese with one Korean living here.

it has a great view of downtown.
There is no shared living room in my house.
Downtown Hmart / IGA is 1 minute walk.
There is a new gym, steam sauna , and hot tub.
There is an outdoor space on the 5th floor where residents can relax.
It is safe as there is a 24-hour concierge.
Vancouver City Center and Yaletown Station are both close by.
There is a washing machine and dryer you can use it comfortably.
