We are looking for a responsible, reliable, honest, clean, mature, and quiet female roommate to share a beautiful, fully furnished room in a modern, very quiet, private house near Kits Beach and Jericho Beaches, just a few meters from the ocean. The house is in a wonderful neighborhood and is close to all the amazing Westside beaches, coffee shops, restaurants, and retail outlets in Kitsilano.
The room and the house are very clean and exceptionally quiet. The house has a very warm, super clean, female-only bathroom and shower.
Our room share would be the perfect location for a serious student wanting to focus on their studies or a person wanting a lot of privacy and quiet time. Buses to all popular locations such as downtown, UBC, are only a couple of minutes away. Rent includes all utilities, fast internet, and laundry.
