It is very close to the mart (h mart and iga mart) and other convenience facilities.
It's a place where you can definitely feel the downtown advantages.
It is convenient to use as it is close to all downtown tourist attractions.
It's available for long and short term.

The unit is neat.
It's in the washing machine dryer house.
No smoking/cannabis/partying/pets/drinking in the building.

I prefer those who have lived with room mates in Canada, and those who know the basic share rules well.
