交通の便も良く、Patterson駅から徒歩13分、バス停徒歩1分、メトロタウンまで徒歩で約18分、ダウンタウンまではスカイトレインで18分です。
家賃は$50ドル／日です。水道代、光熱費、インターネット、ゴミ処理費込み。
禁煙、ペット不可、パーティー不可、その他いかなる薬物も禁止です。

It is pretty convenient for Kwantlen Polytechnic University students and new comers.
Around the area, there are TNT superstore, Lansdown Mall, Public Market, restaurants, coffee shops, and groceries. Traffic is easy for everywhere as well. It takes 10 minutes to Airport and 25 minutes to downtown waterfront by Canada line.
One room was rented out, another room is available on July 1st. We are seeking for a tenant who is quiet, clean, has good credit, has no criminal record, has good references, has stable income, no drugs, no marijuana, no parties, and less cook.
