A self-contained furnished unit with a private entrance, about 450 SF private area, located on the 3rd floor of a house on the east side of Vancouver on 49th facing South. V5W 2H1
It has a living/kitchen, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. There is a sundeck facing south.
The monthly rent includes electricity, water, gas, and wireless Wi-Fi Internet fees.
It is very close to all amenities, with only a few minutes walk to five central banks, Starbucks, Shoppers Drug Mart, the public library, Buy-Low Foods, the post office, medical clinics and dental offices, a bakery, a pizza store, Dollar Tree, grocery shopping, restaurants, insurance brokers, the post office, etc.
