7mins walk to Yaletown station( Canada line) and 10 mins walk to Granville Station( expoline)
7-eleven and Shoper Drugmarts right around the corner
H-mart, hanam mart and many groceries store near by with walking distance
2 mins walk to the bus stop on Granville which brings you to anywhere in downtown
In the house:
You are sharing space with a Vietnamese roomate in 20s, work 5-6 days/week, cooking once a day love to share you food if u’re interested to try :)
I’m looking for someone who has a job, no need to be quiet but respect other since we sharing the space( 12pm-6am no high volume noise), responsible for cleaning the house and keep space organized once/ 2 weeks, we will take turns to clean so technically once/month
