現在、ワーホリでバンクーバーに滞在している20歳男子です。
今住んでいるホームステイが7/21に終了するので、家探しをしております。
8/1までホームステイが延長できるので、8/1〜入居でも大丈夫です。

Downtownになるべく近い住居が良いです。
また、近くにスターバックスがある場所も大歓迎です。
家賃は700〜1000$で考えております。

One-Bedroom Half Basement Suite ☆

Suite is located in the half basement of a two story house near 41st and Fleming St.
The owner is from Hong Kong, a very bright and caring person, living in a family a few houses away.
If there is some issies, she will come immediately

-Rent $ 1300 for single and $1400 for couple (includes utilities and internet)

-Spacious one bedroom (furnished with queen bed, furniture in the photo includes personal property of current tenant, but minimal furniture for living) is equipped).

- Shared laundry (but you share with upstairs.

- Within Zone 1 (a very convenient area where you can go downtown in 30 minutes by bus)
- Nearest Skytrain: Oakridge 41st Canada line and Joyce station (both 10 minutes by bus)
- Nearest busses: 41st bus (5min walk), 49, 22, 20,and R4 rapid line (10min walk)
- Easy bussing to UBC and Langara college

- No smoking or pet

I am looking for a room to live in from July 1 or the end of June, as I will be going to Vancouver for a work holiday at the end of June. I am currently in Japan, so I hope to be able to preview the room online or after my trip.
