私と2人になります。英語環境がよければ1年バンクーバーにいるので英語で話します。

7月1日から引っ越せます！

・場所はロブソン通りちかくの 581 Cardero st
ダウンタウンで全て徒歩圏内です。

・マンションはオートロックです

家賃は月額1400ドル(WiFi、光熱費、家具、駐車場を含む)

リビングルームにはなりますが、大きなバルコニー、書斎、クローゼットを使えます。

キッチンとバスルームは共用

・海が見える公園、カフェ、スーパーマーケットが徒歩圏内にあります。

バルコニーでの喫煙は許可されています(私は喫煙しません)。

・友達を家に連れてくるときは、話し合う必要があります。

・マンションには図書館、ピアノ、屋上、映画館があります


I am looking for a new roommate. You will be living with me, making it two people in total.

You can move in starting August 1st, but it is okay to start bringing in your belongings from the second half of July.

・The location is between Robson Street and Cardero Street.
It is in downtown.

・The apartment has an auto-lock system.
The rent is $1400 per month (including WiFi, utilities, furniture, and parking).

・You will have access to a spacious living room, a large balcony, a den, and a closet.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared.

・A park with an ocean view, cafes, and supermarkets are all within walking distance.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony (I do not smoke).

・When bringing friends to the house, a discussion is necessary.

・There is a library, a piano, and a movie theater in the apartmen

I’m Kodai Yanagisawa, a working holiday participant from Japan, currently in Vancouver. I'm not a smoker.I’m interested in your listed property and believe it could be a great fit for me.

I’ve been living in a homestay, where I am known for being tidy, respectful, and easy-going.

Could we arrange a viewing at your earliest convenience? I’m generally available on every Monday-Friday between 2am- 7pm.

I plan to move in from around July 17th.

a nice furnished big room in city of Vancouver (close downtown)

Nanaimo St & pandora St This room is shear one kitchen and with other 3 tenants ( now 2 boys and 2 girls living there)👶(international students)they are very friendly. it Is very bright and clean . This price is in clouding all utilities. Free high speed Internet and laundry it's very good for a international student or work visa people 
Here is very good location (Nanaimo St & Pandora St) close many supermarkets restaurants banks library and park. convenient to do everything it is Close to bus station : number R5), 4, 7, 16,14 and 210
*10 minutes to Downtowns
*15 minutes to SFU
*Close to community center

Hello,

I am looking for a tenant who will stay in the Solarium from 8/1. as current tenant is moving out.
The unit is on the 28th floor so it has a very nice view and laundry machines are in the unit so you can use anytime with housemates.
Swimming pool, hot tub, saunas and gym are in the building so you can use it everyday.
The location is in the center of downtown so many restaurants, markets, banks are nearby.
The rent is $900/month and the deposit is the half of the rent.
Minimum stay is for 3 months but I prefer someone will stay longer.
Internet, hydro are included and I will bring toilet papers, laundry detergent once a month.
