Hello, we will have a bedroom with a private bathroom available in an 8-bedroom shared house. There are two kitchens available for use. This room is not for a couple, sorry.

Available date: July 1st (minimum 5 months)

Room size: 4.5 x 2.5 m (120 sqft) + walk-in closet + private bathroom

Furnished: double size bed, desk, desk chair, desk lamp, TV stand, etc.

Current housemates: 3 Canadians, 2 Indians, 1 American, 1 Japanese, 1 Taiwanese (mixed gender and occupation, average age: late 20s or around 30)

Utilities included in rent: Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, laundry (washing machine & dryer), and cleaning supplies (paper towels, cleaners, dish soap, etc.)

Others:
- Cleaning duties are assigned to each room by area.
- Each bedroom is equipped with a door lock.
