半地下の部屋ですが日差しはバッチリ入るし、これからの時期1階以上の部屋は暑くなると聞いているのでこの部屋はおすすめです！
とても広くてカップルや友達と二人で住むには十分すぎるスペースがあります。
洗濯と掃除当番が週に1回、部屋ごとに順番があります。
掃除用具は揃っているので買う必要はありません。
部屋での喫煙は禁止されていますが、裏口に灰皿が用意されてあるのでそこで喫煙可能です。

オーナーは別の家に住んでいますが日本語を話せるので何か困ったことがあればすぐに対応してくれる親切な台湾出身の女性です。
今回私は引き継ぎになる為ミニマムは6月までの2ヶ月ですが、長期でも可能です。
