Renting a room in the attic of a house in Vancouver, near 12th Avenue and Fraser Street , easy access to Downtown. It is an older detached house with front yard and back yard. International students and short-term renters are welcome. This is a private furnished with basic needs such as bed, desk and chair, closet etc. The house comes with a large kitchen area, bathroom, and laundry facility, Available immediately or from March 1. Renting for $1000/month. Internet is free. Utilities are shared by all tenants equally. Please text or email me if you are interested in viewing. Cats ok. Extra charges applies. The room is spacious and bright, easy access to multiple bus lines (100, 26, 31) and short ride to the Expo or Canada Line. Rent is $35/per day with internet.
