1 Block to Metrotown skytrain .
Rent is $750 second floor Townhouse.
Our Kobei doll little Japanese sister is going back to Japan at January 24th so it's available from Japanese 24 to anytime.
Rent included everyting and fully furnished.
Privite room share the bathroom and kitchen with 2 other girls.
House Rules:
No Drugs of anyting
No smoking or smoking.
Social drink is ok in your own room.
No male visitors allowed at all. Definitely no over night .
Your girlfriend okey to visit or stay.
No loud music or party.
After 10 pm prefer no noise in the kitchen. Your room is at 2nd floor but main floor has 2 room near kitchen in considering of 2 other sister we prefer not make noise in kitchen washing dishes or cooking.
Other than cook all you want .hot water , electricity hidro internet all included.
