一軒家を日本人にてシェアをしています。
１階と２階それぞれにキッチン・トイレ・シャワーがついている高級住宅に、使用回数制限無しの洗濯機や乾燥機があり、一部消耗品は大家が買い出しに行きます。
なお、シャワーに関しては、一階を女性・ベースメントを男性の利用としております。

大きな窓を備えた開放感のある広いリビングルームには、大型のテレビを取り付け、Netflixでドラマ・映画鑑賞、カラオケ、Wiiなどのゲームを行い、楽しく過ごせます。

もちろんプライベートの時間を取ることもできます。
ルームメイトは学生や仕事をしているのでメリハリのある日々を送っています。

ですが、長期滞在者も多くルームメイト同士の仲が良くなることが多いので、イベント（誕生日等）には皆でご飯を食べたり、春・夏には数人で小旅行へ出かけたりしています。

また、一軒家を契約しているので庭も充実しており、毎年春・夏にはルームメイトや友人を招きBBQを行なっております。
