we are Looking for a quiet professional or international student female roommate living in a 3 bedroom apartment.. you will living with other 2 professional quiet female and you will have your own room.
Location is at the Davie & Howe, Bus stop just outside the building, about 7 minutes walk to skytrain and sea wall.. 5 minutes walk to St Paul hospital, bar Restaurant , pub and bank everywhere very close by. Drive to YVR airport about 20 minutes, take skytrain about 40 minutes..it’s a very convenient location.

One year contract, $1300 per month, including furnitures and gym, Not including internet and electric ( 3 ppl share ). Tenant has to pay for one time move in out fee $75 and 50% deposit. Parking $150 per month if you need ..
No pet, No drugs, No smoking . for the second reason Unable to bring guest stay over night.
