・家具や家電、キッチン用品は全てそろっています。内見もご遠慮なくお申し付けください。
・基本ルール：パーティー、ドラッグ、喫煙不可。また、退去通知は1か月前noticeでお願いいたします。
・犬情報：小型犬(フレンチブルドッグ)。基本的には部屋の中にいます。ただし、オーナーがいるときはリビングにいることもあります。

We are a women-only room, with one Korean living here.

It is on the 15th floor, so it has a great view of downtown.
Downtown Hmart / IGA is 1 minute walk.
There is a new gym, steam sa , and hot tub.
There is an outdoor space on the 5th floor where residents can relax.
It is safe as there is a 24-hour concierge.
Vancouver City Center and Yaletown Station are both close by.
There is a washing machine and dryer you can use it comfortably.

Smoking, marijuana, partying, pets, and making noise after drinking are prohibited in the building.
