住所:
1331 Alberni st (Master room)
1420 West Georgia st (Master room)

入居日: すぐに入居可能

洗濯機、乾燥機、キッチンを他のルームメイトの方とシェアしていただくことになります。この建物はダウンタウンのロブソン通りとバラード駅の近くにあります。

詳細
- 入居日 : すぐに入居可能
- 家賃 :
Master room : $1,600 per month (1420 West Georgia st 即入居, 1331 Alberni st from February 1st)

- デポジット: 家賃の半分 （ご契約時にお支払いをお願いします。）
- 最低3ヶ月の契約期間、その後は月ごとの契約になります。
- パーティ、喫煙禁止
- Free Wifi
- 洗濯機、乾燥機付き(夜9時まで)
- ジムあり

The owner is from Hong Kong.
A very bright and caring person
The family lives in nearby so able to come quickly if anything happens

- Rent $1000 (utilities, internet, laundry all included)
- Spacious large room (furnished)
- Newly renovated
- Within Zone 1 (a very convenient area where you can go downtown in 30 minutes by bus)
- Nearest Skytrain: Oakridge 41st Canada line and Joyce station (both 10 minutes by bus)
- Nearest busses: 41st bus (5min walk), 22, 20 and R4 rapid line (10min walk)

No pets and no smoking please
Preferably minimum 6month stay

Main × 32nd 周辺の閑静な住宅街で、カフェやレストラン、スーパー、Queen Elizabeth Park などが徒歩でアクセス可能なエリアです。家には猫が一匹います。

＊ 3番バス Downtown / Main (バス停まで3分)＊
・Downtown まで約40分

＊33番バス UBC / 29th Ave Station (バス停まで2分)＊
・King Edward Station (Canada Line) まで約5分 (徒歩15分でもアクセス可)
・UBC まで約35分
・29th Ave Station (Expo Line) まで約15分

＊お願い＊
・共有スペースでの通話、夜遅くの利用、一人での長時間利用・長居。
・パーティー、喫煙、無断外泊受け入れや招待。
・共有スペース利用後、清掃や片付けなしで放置。
