We are a 5 min walk to 29th Ave Station. The room is fully furnished with 2 single beds with 2 desks for students. Rent for 1 person is $970 per month. If there are 2 persons the rent will be $1400. キッチンはオーナー夫婦、日本人女性１人、日本人男性１人とのシェアでバスルームは日本人男性１人とのシェアです。ハウスルールも緩いのでのびのび暮らせるとおもいます。

部屋は窓が大きく、部屋自体も広いので開放感があります。

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, honest, clean, mature, quiet, female roommate to rent a beautiful, fully furnished room in a modern, super quiet, private house located near Kits Beach and Spanish Banks, just a few meters from the ocean. The neighborhood is super and is located near all the wonderful beaches, coffee shops, restaurants, and retail outlets in Kitsilano.

The room is extremely private, super clean, and exceptionally quiet with close proximity to a warm bathroom and shower.

Our room share would be the ultimate location for a student wanting to focus on their studies, or a person wanting a lot of privacy and quiet time. Buses to UBC are approximately 4 minutes away. Buses going downtown are also 4 minutes away. Rent includes all utilities, super fast internet, and laundry.
