Hi, I am looking for a female roommate from January 1st, 2024.

The location is near Renfrew station and the monthly rent is $400 including everything. This is a VERY rare and great opportunity. (I have been staying here for over 10 years!) The house is in a good condition and everything is great. Landlord wants very QUIET AND CLEAN person who is a full time working professional or a student. (Very important; full time work or study / quiet / clean)

a nice furnished small room in city of Vancouver (close downtown)

Nanaimo St & Pandora St This room is shear one kitchen and bath room with other 2 boys 👶(international students)they are very friendly. it Is very bright and clean . This price is in clouding all utilities. Free high speed Internet and laundry it's very good for a international student or work visa people
