Apartment sharing - Furnished Private bedroom (Close to Joyce Collingwood/Patterson station)
A lovely fully furnished private bedroom will be available starting from January 1, 2024, in a two-bedroom apartment shared with just one other person. The entire apartment is filled with abundant natural light and offers a picturesque view from the balcony. It features a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a balcony, and a washroom. Laundry facilities are conveniently available within the building. Smoking is prohibited inside, but it is allowed on the covered balcony.
The bedroom itself features a comfortable queen-sized bed with a mattress, a work desk, and an ergonomic chair for those working from home. There's also a chest of drawers, a dresser with a large mirror, and a closet for storage. All other areas in the apartment are shared, including the furniture, appliances, and utensils. The neighborhood is serene and conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and the Metrotown mall. The apartment is fully equipped with all the essentials one would expect in a home – you only need to bring your clothes.
About me, I'm a male in my early 40s, working full-time from home in the IT field, and also practicing as a registered Immigration Consultant during my free time. I am very clean and tidy, and I do not have any pets. I'm looking for a clean and tidy working professional or student to share this two-bedroom apartment, and I am open to both short-term and long-term arrangements.
The apartment is conveniently situated, with a 12-minute walk to Joyce Collingwood SkyTrain station (1st zone), and a 10-minute walk to Patterson SkyTrain station (2nd zone). There are frequent bus options (28 & 129) to either station, taking just about 2 minutes. You can reach Vancouver downtown in 13 minutes via the SkyTrain, Metrotown in 2 minutes, New Westminster in 12 minutes, Gilmore station in 13 minutes by bus, and BCIT Burnaby in 10 minutes by bus. Additionally, the #19 bus from this location goes to Metrotown/Stanley Park.
The monthly rent for the room is $975, which includes utilities and Wi-Fi. This space is ideal for a Working Professional, an International Student, or someone with a Working Holiday Visa (International Experience Canada – IEC work permit).
