スナップショット的な話で言えば48件はかなり優れた数字だとは思いますし、現状日本の医療体制の方が明らかに優れている事に異を唱えてる人はこのトピックにはいないと思いますよ？

問題は現在、医療費負担に占める保険料は約5割で（それでも年収の約10%を天引）3割以上が税金です。税金が足りなくなれば、政府は赤字国債を発行していたのですが、現在の金利状況ではこれ以上の国債発行は円安を招き（すでにかなり招いていますが）健康状態に関係なく、国民生活に影響が大きいんですよ。

この場合医療費で足りない分の公費支出（税による医療費の穴埋め）が出来なくなるので、最終的には増税か、自己負担の増加の2択になります。

現在「高額療養費制度」のお陰で48件で抑えられている件数が、この制度が維持不能になると一気に跳ね上がります。

わかりやすい感じでは「皆で物価高分貧乏になるのを許容して医療を維持する」か「医療が悪くなっても今の生活レベルを維持したいか」の2択みたいな感じですね。
健康な多数の人は「今の給与の半分でも医療維持したい」というよりも「半分になったら健康云々の前に餓死するから、医療レベル悪化を我慢する」になってしまうようです。

給料の半分となると過激すぎるので、給料の10％を医療に回すとかだったら賛成する人も出てくると思います。

それでも現在10万ドルの給与で所得税として4万ドル取られてる人が、追加で10%、1万ドルを上乗せ、つまり年間5万の税になるのでカナダでは多分破産者続出です。政権交代の上政策変更は確定じゃないかな。

勿論賛成者も出るとは思いますが(給与が低い人や働いてない人は利得しか無いので、賛成します。

It’s truly about balance and mutual respect. I also pride myself on communication. I love open communication, gratitude, home-cooking, music and art, sports and more. I have co-creating a happy family you will have feeling or vibe to me, more than just roomates.

Looking for someone with the mind set as me. I would like to live with a roommate or roommates who are warm, reliable and emotionally aware. I know it can be hard to plan but I want to be a part of a community for a while at least I stayed, ideally much longer.
