Summer sublet (May 1st - July 30 ), No extent.
Hello, I'm an International student from Japan, I'm looking for someone who can sublet my room from June 1st till August 20.
You have a grocery 5 minutes by walk and the bus as well. Downtown, UBC, Kitsilano Beach 25 minutes by bus.
This house is a basement house that you gonna share with 2 other female roommates at your level.
The price is $900 per month without utility.
Smoking inside is prohibited and animals as well. Sorry, not my rule!
This house is fully furnished, with a microwave, laundry machines, and dishwasher.

The document that you have to give is :
- 1 piece of government ID
- 3 last salary slips
- $450 for the deposit
- your bank statement, financial statement
- Students ID

事情があって10月に日本に帰ります。
前回泊まって良かったホテルを予約しようと思ったら、ことごとく満室です。
