これをギフトとしていただきましたが、ウィスキーにはあまり詳しくないので… まだ箱に入ったまま未開封ですので、贈り物としても良いと思います。できればリッチモンドエリアでお会いするのが良いのですが、状況によって調整できます。価格は310ドルです。現在、このウィスキーはBCリカー店で397ドルで販売されていますので、私から購入すると価格面で良い機会となります。

Located in downtown Vancouver, only a 3 minute walk from chinatown station, 3 minute walk to t&t. This is a very convenient location. Price range from $850-$890 depending on location of room.

We are currently looking for 4 female tenants who would like to share a split studio in downtown Vancouver. The studio is seperated with walls (please look at the floor plan) It will be fully furnished with your own room, locked doors. We sectioned it off so you'll have privacy. The price includes internet, electricity bills and in-suite laundry.

- fully furnished , you'll have a bed, shelf, desk and chair
- in-suite laundry
-shared kitchen
-shared bathroom (2 bathroom)

There are 2 bathrooms. One is inside the suite and the other one is at the bottom floor. We are looking for clean and quiet female tenants only.

Viewing is available April 14th. I am currently away In Japan and the unit will be done building by then. I only have some photos of the studio and a layout of how it'll look like.
