バンクーバーのケリスデールにある1ベッドルームのアパートメントを韓国人のオーナーとシェアしてくれる女性を募集中です。長期で住んでくれる人大歓迎！オーナーは忙しく働いている人なのでかなり多くの時間をお家で一人で過ごせます。

$1200（デポジット$600）
ガス、水道、インターネット、ハイドロ、米 全て込み
※長く住める人はレントの交渉可
-お部屋-
ダブルベッド、机、椅子、大きな窓がある為陽が入りやすく明るいお部屋です。
キッチンとバスルームは韓国人オーナーとシェア
基本的な調理器具やキッチン用品は完備。お米もレント代に含まれてます。
洗濯機、乾燥機は地下にあり24時間使用可能（1回$3）
-立地-
スカイトレイン沿線上ではありませんが、立地はとても良くアパートの目の前にダウンタウン行きの16番のバス停があります。（ダウンタウンまで約25分）徒歩5分ほどの所に、R4と41番のバス停（Oak RidgeステーションやUBC行き）もある為移動には困りません。
徒歩圏内に多くのレストラン、銀行、London drugs、コンビニ屋、Save on Foodなどがあるので生活には困りません。

韓国人オーナーはカナダ在住10年以上の為、英語でのコミュニケーションに問題はありません。とても面倒見の良い気さくになんでも話してくれる優しい方です。ハウスルールはペット、喫煙、パーティー、友人の連れ込みや宿泊禁止です。

I'm looking for someone who can use the big room in the Kerrysdale apartment quietly (total of 2 people living). you'll be comfortable to stay alone all most everyday!
There are Save on Food, London drugs , Sharpers, and all Banks near my house, and there are Big Way chinese Hotpot, Sushi Restaurant, Danbo, Tim Holton Starbucks Honorulu Cafe, Faubourg Cafe, 24-hour McDonald's, White Spot, and a famous Chinese bakery (michele cake shop) in 5 minutes away.
The neighborhood is quiet and it's a neat rich village without homeless.. Come and see the house!!
