始めまして！ 日本人のコウ（23歳男性 職業：学生）と言います。
11月からバンクーバーに滞在する予定で、住む家を探しています。
以下の条件にて探してます。
・家賃、光熱費、WIiFi等が含まれて予算上限1200ドル
・ダウンタウンへのアクセスが30分以内
・洗濯機が家内もしくは徒歩10分圏内にコインランドリーがある。

I will be staying in Vancouver from November and am looking for a place to live.
I am looking for a place to live based on the following conditions
・Maximum budget of $1100 including rent, utilities, Wi-Fi, etc.
・Access to downtown within 30 minutes.
・Laundry facilities in the house or a laundromat within a 10-minute walk.
