The location is very good, right in front of Chinatown station. You can also walk to Yaletown Station in 10 minutes.

Rent is $1750 a month, with a deposit equal to half of the rent.

It's right above Costco, so you won't have any trouble shopping. T&T, an Asian supermarket, and a shopping mall with a movie theater are also nearby.
H-Mart, IGA, and 7-Eleven (about 10 minutes walk) are also accessible.
