9月20日、もしくは10月1日から住める場所を探しています。1人用、もしくは女友達とのシェアできる部屋を探しています。予算は1人1000ドルです。場所は、ダウンタウン周辺マンションで考えています。
6月からバンクーバーにワーキングホリデーで来ている21歳の女です。タバコや大麻などは吸いません。パーティーもしません。ペットなどもいません。規則は守ります。

I saw your post on JPCanada, and I think our place might be a good fit, so I’m sending you this email.😊
We are a couple living in a condo. Our condo has a master bedroom and one other bedroom. We stay in the master bedroom, and you can use the other bedroom by yourself.
1) Our current rent is $950, and we charge $150 per month for household items like shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and laundry detergent. (If you want, we can adjust the price.)
2) We live in a small share house. Only two people live here now, and with you, there will be three. We won’t add more people. You will have one room to yourself.
3) You can stay here as long as you want. You can stay for just 5 months or longer if you like.
4) You can move in whenever you like. If you want, you can even move in tomorrow. And if you want, you can bring your things here before you move in.
5) Our place is only a 5-minute walk from Surrey Central Station. It takes just 35 minutes on the SkyTrain to get to downtown.
6) Our condo has a gym that you can use freely.

Hello,
I came across your post here on the JPCanada bulletin. Our rent is CA$900 per month which includes utilities, internet, and shared laundry.
You can move in from the 20th of September, but there is a condition, which we can discuss if you are interested.
The room is part of three bedrooms in a basement suite. Two of the rooms are occupied by my wife and myself, and my wife's cousin.
The room that is being rented is private. You can study peacefully. We respect privacy and maintain a quiet and clean environment at all times. A key for your room will also be provided for your own peace of mind.
We are not located downtown, but we are situated in an area that is close to transit. About 15-20 minutes to Marine Drive Canada Line Station. There is also a bus that directly goes Downtown from near our residence.
