There are bus stops such as #20 and #22 within 10minute walk. It is a well-located property near T&T, Dollarama, libraries, restaurants, banks, hospitals, pharmacies, parks, etc.
$980 a month with no minimum. Parties, smoking, weeds, and pets are not allowed. The room is on the second floor. You will share it with japanese roommate and landlord.
