Homestay Kitsilano Beach

Hello! We have a private room with private ensuite bathroom available for a Female Student. Our home is 1 block from famous Kitsilano Beach. #2 bus is 2 blocks away, get downtown in about 10 minutes. We live in a very safe, exclusive neighborhood.

You will live in an native English-Speaking environment. Homestay father speaks a little Japanese. We provide everything- internet, laundry, heat, furnished room and 3 meals.

Breakfast: help your self to fruit, bread, yougurt, eggs. Pancakes on the weekend!
Lunch: Noodles, salads, sandwiches, snacks
Dinner: Chicken, Salmon, Rice, Noodle, Curry, many different foods from around the world.

We have one cat.

AVAILABLE JULY 29. Earlier move-in date could be possible

透き通ったブルーが綺麗なガラスの間接照明です。
IKEAにて購入しました。
写真の通り電球も同じ暖色のものをつけています。
就寝前に少し使う位でしたので、電球もまだまだ長くお使い頂けるかと思います。

North American Pronunciation and English Tutor

Do you like learning English in a friendly, relaxed, and supportive environment? I am a native English speaker and a full-time ESL tutor with over 20 years of experience. I am currently offering private online classes using Whatsapp, Skype, Wechat, Facetime, and more. If you want to meet in person, we can have classes in the Kitsilano neighborhood of Vancouver.

I would be happy to help you in several areas: English conversation (sentence structure, listening, and vocabulary); North American pronunciation; business English; and writing and grammar improvement.

For example, in the first level pronunciation program, I guide you through a beginning evaluation, pronunciation exercises for difficult letters and popular words, word stress guidelines, pronunciation of sentences from dialogues, and accent corrections during our conversations.

I also teach the following advanced English topics: literature comprehension (short story, poetry, and drama) and university writing (assistance with writing skills, essay ideas and outlines).

I am a native English speaker with a bachelor's degree in the arts from the University of British Columbia. My current rates are $25/hour for conversation and pronunciation, and $30/hour for writing and grammar. If you want to bring a friend, the cost is just $5/hour extra for each additional student.

大至急！7月15日（1日でも可）から入居できる部屋を探しています。

日本人の女子学生です。
今の部屋を7/15に出なければならないので、
7/15から入居できる部屋を探しています。
7月1日からの契約も可能です。
ワーホリで来ており、バンクーバーの滞在は1月末までを予定しています。
以下が条件です

��rent $700-850 （Wi-Fi and utility are included）
��Owner gives me official documents for house rent
��Zone 1
��No take over

現在住んでいる部屋が公式の契約書がなく困っているため、契約書の受け渡しは必須になります。
よろしくお願いします。

7月6日あたりから住める物件を探しています。当方、21歳女です。ワーホリできています。タバコは吸いません。ルールはちゃんと守ります。予算は900ドルあたりで考えています。よろしくお願いいたしますダウンタウンまで約40分以内で行ける場所を探しています。

こんばんは！
7月1日から1ヶ月間リビングルーム740ドルで
空きますがいかがでしょうか？
場所はロイヤルオーク駅から徒歩13分くらい
メトロポリスまでは徒歩圏内、バス停も徒歩3分で
ダウンタウンまでは40分でつきます。
ちなみに女性限定のお部屋です。
