日本人の女子学生です。
今の部屋を7/15に出なければならないので、
7/15から入居できる部屋を探しています。
7月1日からの契約も可能です。
ワーホリで来ており、バンクーバーの滞在は1月末までを予定しています。
以下が条件です
��rent $700-850 （Wi-Fi and utility are included）
��Owner gives me official documents for house rent
��Zone 1
��No take over
現在住んでいる部屋が公式の契約書がなく困っているため、契約書の受け渡しは必須になります。

I'm female student from Japan.
I have to move out of my current apartment on 7/15,
so I am looking for an apartment that I can move into between 7/10 and 7/15.
I am here on a working holiday visa and plan to stay in Vancouver until the end of January.
The conditions are as follows

I am having trouble because the apartment I am currently living in does not have an official contract, so I need to receive the contract
