The three-bedroom sizes are a 10'10" by 10'9" bedroom (116 SF), an 11'9" by 11'3" (132 SF), and a 17" 7" by 9'5" (165 SF). The monthly rent for the largest room size, 165 SF with a private refrigerator, is $850. The monthly rent for the small room, 165 SF, is $800.
The suite has a bed and study table in each bedroom and a dining table and chairs in the kitchen. Monthly rent includes wireless Internet and all utilities. The maximum number of tenants allowed in the rental unit is 3. Each bedroom allows one occupant only with one bed.
