Its located in False Creek near Yaletown, full of bars, restaurant and vibrant but in a quiet residential street, south facing overlook of Granville Island , fantastic city views and facing Granville island.

Park and seawall are near by , ferry just around the corner to Granville island.
There are gym Jacuzzi, hot tub, swimming pool gym in the building .

We are Chinese and Japanese ladies in our 30s, looking for a female roomate, we prefer to have female roommates who values cleanliness and care about the environment they live in.
