High speed Telus Fibre Optik Internet and fully loaded Optik TV cable package, all utilities (heat, water, electricity) are included in the price.

Our place is a short walk or bus if you like to Sperling Station or Lake City and the entire Lower Mainland is yours to discover. Our place is in a beautiful, quiet, family oriented Cul-de-Sac close to parks, walking trails to SFU and Burnaby Lake.
Our place is a short walk to grocery stores (Sungiven Foods, 7 Eleven, Buy Low) and restaurants (Gaya Sushi, Hop and Vine).
