We are looking for a student to rent in our home, it's a private bedroom. Included are utilities, 1x a week laundry, wifi and 2-3 meals. We are a clean, quite and simple family originated from Manila Philippines and we would like to find a student who would fit our lifestyle that we can share our newly built home with. The location of the home is very central and we have a bus stop just 1 minute walk from our home that is 10 minutes to Joyce Collingwood station and also 2 busses that goes all the way straight to UBC. Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions. As this is our first time, please let us know what are the requirements to be considered as one of the homes your agency uses for your homestay students.

子供のタックスリターンについて教えてください。
　
- 18歳 （2023年9月から大学生）
- バイト収入 $2,000ほど（知人のワンちゃんの散歩なので現金支給、T4もありません。）

18歳でも単独でタックスリターンはできるのでしょうか？それとも親の分と一緒にするのでしょうか？

大学の授業料は控除できる様ですが、何年間繰り越せるのでしょうか？特に繰越期間が書かれていないので無期限で繰り越せるのでしょうか？期限が無いのであれば、本人が就職後にこの授業料を控除に使った方がいいのかなと思った次第です。

3.
授業料の控除は親のタックスリターンで使う予定はありません。
子供単独でファイルした場合と親の分と一緒にファイルした場合で授業料の控除以外でメリット、デメリットはありますか？
