Lovely fully furnished room for a student Strathcona /Chinatown. This room is perfect for a quiet mature student preferably female, who is also looking for a peaceful household to live in!
The house has a lovely front yard/garden for you to enjoy and relax, along with a fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom that you will share with the main floor but have most use of. The bedroom has lots of lovely light, a closet, a bookshelf, a dresser, a twin bed, a study desk and a chair.

The home is convenient to everything, 10-15 minute walk to downtown, Chinatown, Gastown, Main Street, and Olympic Village. Close to schools, a cute coffee brunch spot directly across the street, cute shopping, fresh markets, and many other amenities all within walking distance. The seawall is super close for lovely strolls and bike rides. Bus stop just outside the door, Skytrain very close - 10 mins walking distance.

The garden has a kitty resident- so we are not looking for any additional pets.
