I am Japanese student.
I'm looking for a furnished private room in Vancouver and I will live in 24th Feb 2024.

* a student
* female
*26 years old
* no smoking, no drugs
* I have a student visa
Budget : $600-750
Area : zone1 be close to a bus stop or station
The date to move in : 24th February
The length of stay : over 3month
I’d like a private room with a key
No take over( Fees including utilities and Wifi )
Washing machine and dryer is free no matter how many times use it.
