This’s a well furnished room with all utilities included in the rent. This’s a luxury room for any that can afford to pay the rent and enjoy all the facilities. It’s in a good Location and easy access to the bus stop. The rent is $850 monthly. Lease contract is month to month. No strict house rules and I’ll prefer someone who has lived in a shared house before. The house requires to be maintained properly. The house will be ready by November 1st for anyone interested to move in. It’s located at 980 Wildwood Ln,   West Vancouver, BC V7S 2H8.
