Looking for a roommate

We are renting a room in a spacious apartment in East Vancouver.
The room is unfurnished. But we can help furnished if necessary.
Rent is 975$ monthly. Utilities are not included but are shared amongst 4 people.

About us:
We are 1 couple and a Female (2 Female, 1 male) in our 20s. We also share this space with a little cat. We are all hard workers but we love to hang out in the large common area.

The apartment:
The apartment has a kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and a laundry room. The apartment also has a few closets available for extra storage. 1 bathroom is used by the couple in the master bedroom and the other one will be shared by the other 2 roommates. The apartment is pet-friendly. We also have 2 parking spots in underground parking. We also have a storage room in the basement to store a bike if needed.

5-minute walk to the bus stop.
Commercial Broadway Station 15 minutes walk
Safeway and drugstore close by

About you:
-Responsible, CLEAN and no drama
-Who clean after themselves and willing to do some share of the chores
-Can commit to 6 months - 1 year
-Someone who respects quiet time, especially at night since so many of us work early in the morning

Private room with private bath room for $1500 and internet is included.
1 parking stall is also available for additional charges.

Available for occupancy from mid-late September! Short term rental is also available.

One female working professional will be living in the master room with her own bathroom. So you will be sharing the kitchen and living room with one more person. There is no one living in the living room.

Cooking utensils are provided and shared so there is no need to buy anything. A rice cooker is included, which is great for Japanese people.

No pets! No Drugs! No smoking please!
