We are looking for 2 females who are tidy, clean and responsible

Location : Walking from Yale town station for 10 minutes.

Available : July 1st or earlier – Minimum 10month (End of April, 2025)

Price : $1850 per month for 2 people (1- 2 beds are available in the room)

There is shared bathroom with 2 other females, kitchen and living room are shared with other females.

これからバンクーバーに渡航するにあたり、一人暮らしの賃貸物件を探していたのですが、ある物件に関して連絡を取ったところ、カナダでの就労経験が足りないため、申請するには弱いとしてやんわりと断られてしまいました。
当方としては資金も潤沢に用意し、家賃支払いの支払える目処も十分に経っているためできる限りその物件に住めたらと思っております。

日本ではこのような場合、他の方の名義（親など）を借りて賃貸するケースもあると思うのですが、カナダでは他の方の名義を使用し賃貸契約するのは難しいでしょうか？
