Nelsonは、BC州Kootenay地方にある山と森、湖に囲まれた自然豊かな人口1万人の小さな街です。
アウトドアスポーツやアート、音楽イベントが一年を通して盛んで、小さな街ながらビンテージな街並みとそのオーガニックなカルチャーが特に知られています。

NelsonのメインストリートであるBaker St. の中心に位置する鞍馬寿司は、客席20席弱の小さな寿司屋です。
お客様は一年を通してローカルの方がメインで、夏と冬の繁忙期には観光客で賑わいます。
従業員は全部で９人、小さいながらみんな仲の良いタイトなチームです。
現在は、カナダ、オーストラリア、インド、日本の混合チームで、休みの日にはスキーやハイキングに出かけるようなアウトドア好きが集まっています。


募集内容：寿司シェフ、キッチンヘルパーを募集（1名もしくは2名）。

仕事内容：簡単な調理や仕込み、皿洗いや掃除を含むキッチン業務全般。

応募資格：就労可能なビザ、ステータスをお持ちの方で半年以上働ける方（応相談）。
英語力は問いません。元気でやる気のある方、お待ちしています！

待遇：時給 $17スタート（能力や勤務状況に応じて昇給有）、チップ（毎日支給、能力と勤務時間に応じて、$20-70/day）、バケーションペイ、賄い。
従業員用のアコモデーションはありませんが、部屋を探す際は全力で手伝わせて頂きます！

勤務時間：9時から21時の間で5時間から8時間のシフト

冬が終わり、ネルソンはこれから一年で一番良い時期を迎えます。

こんにちは。私の友達が今年の9月から留学予定でこちらでのホームステイや学校、ビザの手続きをウエストコーストというエージェントに頼んだみたいなのですが、渡航の日が近づいて来ても全く連絡が来ず、電話やメール、ラインを使って連絡を試みても一切連絡がないようです。不安になって留学予定の学校に問い合わせてみると、彼の申し込みは行われておらず、学費も支払われていない状態だったそうです。友達は予定通りの留学を諦めざるを得ず、返金だけでもしてほしいと連絡していますが、連絡は途絶えたままだということです。

コロナで一旦、留学を延期してやっと念願の留学だったのにこんなことになってしまい、私も悲しいですが、一体何が起こったのかも分からず、誰にどう連絡をしたらいいかも分からないということなので、どなたかこのエージェントに何があったのかご存知の方はいらっしゃいますか？ウェブサイトを見る限りはまだ営業しているように見えますが、まだやっているんでしょうか？

Looking for a tenant who wants to live in a secondary bedroom (セカンドベッドルーム). The apartment is just right upward the New West Skytrain Station. There are a lot of markets (Save on Foods, Safeway, River Market, Shoppers) and restaurants (ramen, togo sushi, pizza, Chinese restaurants) in the Skytrain shopping mall. CIBC, TD, Scotiabank, BMO are all just nearby. It's very convenient to go anywhere. it's about 25-30 mins to go downtown (Waterfront) by one Skytrain only (no need to switch to bus), 10 mins to Metrotown and 3 mins to Douglas College on foot. Also, it's very convenient to ILAC, SELC, SFU and any ESL language school.

The rent information: available as of May 1st or upon discussion
-$1000 monthly + the deposit $500 (deposit will be returned when you move out if there is nothing damaged).
-Private bedroom with living-room bathroom in the 2 beds and 2 baths unit ( You will use the bathroom at most time only by yourself, no roommate shares but guests may use)
-Big mirror-closet, study desk and chair, bed, lamp are included

-At least 3 months stay
-A tenant must keep their own bedroom and bathroom clean

Rent Rules:
- No smoking, no drugs or any illegal activity
- No pet
- No party, quiet environment
- Really tidy place, so tidy bedroom and bathroom user in order of priority
- Kind and easy-going tenant in order of priority
- Have some common sense for taking care of home in order of priority (Bad example: do NOT wash own dishes after use; being selfish, wash work shoes in the washer, etc.)
- Must hold valid documents including study permit, working holiday visa, PR, or any equivalence
