Hello,

We are a couple living in a condo. Our condo has a master bedroom and one other bedroom. We stay in the master bedroom, and you can use the other bedroom by yourself.

1) Our current rent is $950, and we charge $150 per month for household items like shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and laundry detergent.

2) We live in a small share house. Only two people live here now, and with you, there will be three. We won’t add more people. You will have one room to yourself.

3) You can stay here as long as you want.

4) You can move in whenever you like. If you want, you can even move in tomorrow.

5) Our place is only a 5-minute walk from Surrey Central Station. It takes just 35 minutes on the SkyTrain to get to downtown.

6) Our condo has a gym that you can use freely.
