安全で静かな住宅街、一軒家のベースメントスイートの入居 者を募集しています。
電車や商店街に近い事で学生さんやワーホリの方にとても人気なエリアです。

ベースメントには３部屋と２バスが有ります。その内の一部屋が 空いてます。オール日本人男性ルームメートです。

部屋には、机、ＱＵＥＥＮベッド、毛布、クローゼット、55インチ ▪︎ テレビ、(Netflix, Youtube, Prime Video など有り)、ワイヤレスインターネット (gigabyte speed)。シェア バスにはバスタブ + extra storage が有ります。

はす (no time limit)。（洗濯機と乾燥機無料ですのでご自由に使って下さい）
リビングも家具付で、キッチンには必要なキッチン用具や食器は一通りそろっています。

家賃：$1000
デポジット：家賃の半分となります。（お部屋を出られる時にお返しします。）
テークオーバー：なし

＊インターネット、Netflix、Amazon PRIME shopping、Hot Water、高熱費は家賃に含まれています。
家の中では禁煙ですがお庭で吸うのには構いません。

２階には私達、オーナーファミリーが住んでいます。私は日系二世の日本人シェフで主人はカナダィアンチャイニーズです。かんぺきでは無いですが日本語は話せますので何か困ったときのサポートも出来ます。家での会話は英語ですのでお勉強になるかと思います。7才のワンコがいるので、アレルギーない方を募集しています。

場所:　Hastings & Gilmore から徒歩6分。Downtownまで30分 (#R5 1ゾーン)、Metrotownまで30分(#130 1ゾーン）、ダウンタウンからのナイトバス有り。プールから徒歩15分、confederation park community center

お買い物など: 徒歩6分の所に Burnaby Heights Shopping District www.burnabyheights.com Shoppers Drug Mart, Starbucks, Safeway, independent gourmet markets, 大手スーパー、ヴィンテージショッピング、日本食レストラン、散歩、ネイチャートレイル、テニス/バスケが出来る公園 三つもあります。 飲茶、タピオカ、カフェ、ケーキ屋さんも 数々歩いて行けます！

ホームステイではありませんが、クリスマス、お正月、おでんパーテー、バーベキュ-、たまには お料理教室 などにはご招待しています。（日本食をたまに食べたい方には最高かもしれません）
帰国するまで住まれる方が多いです。

The house is international with roommates from different countries.
The rent for the room is $925 plus deposit as the room is available from mid July I will pro rate the rent for you. So the rent will be half with deposit.
